The Bap task light, which stands for the German BildschirmArbeitsPlatz, is a lamp with a LED light source, devised to resolve practical situations such as reflection and dazzle caused by computers. This light was specifically designed to be used alongside computer monitors. Extremely minimal in design, the lamp features pantograph-like movement of the arm to keep the source of light parallel to the table surface. Made of aluminum and thermoplastic materials, the lamp provides lighting that is capable of counteracting the glare from monitors. Colored polycarbonate filters shield the light, preventing the eyes from becoming tired. Can be used with a table base, surface mount, or wall mount bracket.
